Broken links and formatting in Code of Conduct

The forum fails to parse the header markup, and all the links are broken due to the main website going down.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @lamefun ! I think what we should do is move those old pages to pages on the forums, there should be a way to make non-thread pages on Discourse. I think in general it would be best for organization/design/sanity reasons to fix up these Discourse forums to fill in the roles of the previous WordPress main site, rather than restore WordPress.
