Lagometer is independant of in-game ping, just as it is different for the ping displayed on the master server and in-game, because just pinging the server takes less d4t4 than playing the game.
You got the same ping on both servers, Mae?
Can someone confirm if there is still a difference or if it was a fluke.

I play with 160-198 and its really irregular. how can i get better ping? (im from south america), anyways i pwm with that ping, but lower would be better!

I believe that integral differences between servers must be established, however, momentarily we should commit to the grangerhub rules as stated.
This is a good formative notion, but I intrinsically suggest that we consider the full ramifications of such a proposal that would impose upon us such an indispensable discrepancy. This thread is just about ping differences… However, yes we should probably just copypasta the pub rules and add a (few) rule(s) for scrims.

If the server would move the san fransisco that would be nice. Cuz I currently get 320-ish ping which is a ping that people say is unplayable 
I’m not sure that the granger hub administration could do much to help solve that issue.
This issue appears to have been fixed. I now have consistent and lower ping on both servers.

Perhaps updating the machine that the servers are on, rebooting that machine, and switching to tmux instead of screen “fixed” this issue indirectly? Other than that, I am not aware of anything done to directly change the functionality of GrangerPub/GrangerClub recently.
Well yesterday I connected to the club server briefly and noticed I had 85ms compared to the typical 115, same on the pub server. Now I am getting exactly 93ms on both servers, not sure why it went up a tiny bit today, all that matters is it’s the same on both servers.
Keep an eye on this for a bit, but I’m closing this for now
