When someone is banned and change is qkey and his IP, he is not longer banned.

when someone is banned the system obviously targets that player with the specific qkey and ip so it isn’t really bugged. if not they would of fixed it a loonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time ago
If he changes his qkey and ip to no longer be banned, it is concidered as “VPN EVADING” and might lead to a subnet ban and will only extand his ban longer than it is actually.
We already knew of that bug/issue but thanks anyway for taking time to report it.
