better !cancelvote/!passvote handling. currently an admin doesn’t see opposite team’s teamvotes but still he can pass/cancel them. therefore he can affect them accidentally. it doesn’t happen often but happens. i don’t even know what happen when spectator admin do !cancelvote when both teams have a teamvote. what if there is additionally a global vote?
it would be nice to make those commands less fragile but i don’t have a full solution proposal. maybe cancelvote should cancel only global votes and cancelvote a|h should be for team votes?
