Pub was experiencing an extended intermission in which every player was repeatedly dropped. Screen was stuck on the scoreboard. Couldn’t use admin commands.
Also, some players couldn’t talk and would be in ‘‘flood-limit’’ mode unless they reconnected. Map votes didn’t seem to work either.
Fixed, there was a problem with the rotation file.

Cerberus isn’t the actual current rotation, neither is a feces_final (I couldn’t find any of the versions of feces unfortunately).
because it so much terrible in 20 min i make better with texture cheap
