background: basically since ever, the GH staff has been pissing ppl off with material bullshit, eg. causing me to take infinite VACATION™ time, and a wide spectrum of other consequences. an outcry was initiated by a recent tipping point: @enneract’s forum account has been suspened — an action against him out of nowhere, evidently without prior consultacy among the staff, and without even asking if he has anything to say. on top of that, the staff is even forcefully denying discussions about specific suspension cases.0
it is never too late to criticize the sanity, mentality, capacity for reasoning, fairness and practice of the staff, and the consequences on the community and the project.
0 this element of practice (too) is the subject of a heavy „legal” battle. but i am powerless, oppressed, threatened individual, so this is not a topic about @enneract’s suspension’s specifics. however, as S00N™(R)(C) as the battle is won, this thread will be flooded with properly referenced specifics.

why do participate in this project at all ? or, rather: what is r the main factors in u deciding to participate ? for example, i participate to contribute to the human race; i guess some participate for nothing more than selfish goals1 like personal development, including building a public profile, etc. which brings us to split matter that should determine ur necessary conduct, and whether u should be followed: r u in for the human race ?
- if yes, then suppressive acts like „that shit is annoying for me, so i’ll push it out of my way, regardless of whether i’m helping only myself by doing so.” have no place in ur domain of influence whatsoever.
- if not, then go ahead and fuck anyone u want in the face here, and stop baselessly putting effort into any arguing; ie., this is ur proprietary domain, u have the right2 to exclude anyone, period, without reason, without the prior setting of a ToS.

- all of @BillyRazOr’s post r fucking garbage, a total waste of bandwidth, space, computation time and organization space, and induce a total waste of attention, time, patience and hope. watching him post is like watching a disabled midget compete in a horse derby.
- @Hendrich has been aggressively slapping unjustified, unconsulted, bullshit decisions and threats thereof on me, and has been shitfacely ignoring of all of my key arguments, covering it up with occasional responses with crappy (non-)reasoning; resulting in me being more pissed than, and me losing more time than, over almost any other issue related to this project. over the course of several months of his bullshitting, that d00d transformed himself to being my 2nd most hated entity around here, right after teh DICKBUTT.3 yes, what’s infinitely worse than immaterial personal attacks, is material action and dreaded threats by ignorant NIGGARDs.4

again, this means, in total, either a plus or a minus, depending on exactly how positive freedom, entertainment, and psychiatric values r. (next comment applies here too.)
as this is strongly reflective of that particular issue, my position is that forum-admins have been using this statement as a blanket to biasedly silence anyone.
and what is the punishment for administering a WRONG suspension for N days, when it is realized, that the suspension was based on bullshit ?
btw, similarly, what is the punishment for administering a WRONG game-ban for N days, amounting to denying (infinitely more significant than just ruining) ~10N games for an individual (or, equivalently, ruining ∞ ⨯ ~10N / 30 amount of 30-player games), when it is realized, that the ban was based on bullshit ?
then how about u think or discuss before u act (or, if an account needs to be suspended to prevent (possibly automated) bulk spam, then suspend only the general posting/editing permissions: do not suspend reading permissions,5 and allow the targeted individual to explain him-/her-self in a „legal debate” topic, to which posting is permitted as an exception (if that topic becomes spammed too, well, then that’s it for the debate).
5 this might not be relevant if the target individual has no special forum access; however, i recall someone talking about sections that r only visible to registered users, which would be relevant.
